Most sessions are 50 minutes long. Intake sessions are scheduled for 90 minutes.

Treatment frequency depends on severity of symptoms and your own goals. However, most often clients come once per week. Regular therapy attendance is important in the success of treatment.

The fee for a 50 minute session is $210. The fee for the 90 minute intake session is $350.

All major credit cards are accepted as payment. Session fee is due at the time of service.

Treatment length varies by individual treatment plan. If you have concerns about treatment length, please let me know. Clinical impressions will be discussed any time a client requests to stop, resume, or reduce session frequency.

Most commonly, treatment is provided for anxiety (worry, perfectionism), depression, stress, life transitions, stress management, and relationship challenges. However, treatment for other conditions may be provided. If it is determined that I am not the right fit for your needs, I’m happy to connect you with referrals who may better fit your needs.

I am not considered an in-network provider with any insurance company. You can check to see if your insurance plan offers “out of network” coverage for mental health. If so, you may be eligible to receive some reimbursement through your insurance after submitting an invoice, if you choose to submit invoices. I will provide you with a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement.

The current clinic hours are: Sundays from 3pm - 9pm, Mondays from 5-9pm, Tuesdays from 1pm-9pm, Wednesdays from 5pm-9pm, and Thursdays from 1pm-9pm.

If you need to cancel a session for any reason, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise, you will be charged the full session rate.
